Pole Heels Choreo "Heartattack & Vine" Part 6

Join Sergia for a warmup, and an original pole heels choreography. We will not be going up the pole, so your ceiling height does not matter.

Be sure to wear kneepads or legwarmers to protect your knees. Heels are optional. The choreography can be danced in socks if your home pole is mounted over carpet.
